Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of handmade soaps conducted on the savonnel.fr website, operated by Élodie Rodrigues, 3 Rue De La Harpe, 27220 Bois-le-Roi.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Savonnel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 3 – Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during your order.
Article 4 – Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery fees are indicated at the time of placing the order.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Article 6 – Returns and refunds
Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Article 7 – Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
Article 8 – Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction.
