Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must be:

In their original condition, unopened and unused
In their intact original packaging
Accompanied by the order form

Return Costs

Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the return, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days via the same payment method used during the purchase.
